• 25 round 5' tables (typically seat 8 at each)
• 7 banquet 6' tables
• 1 rectangular 8' x 4' table (great for gift or cake table)
• Three patio heaters with propane
• Large grill with propane
• Caterer's prep facility
• Refrigerator and chest freezer available
• Trash service

Bathroom Specs:
• Full men's and women's bathroom facilities each with dressing area and shower

Cabin Specs:
• Fully furnished 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and living area - NO PETS PLEASE
• Room #1 with 2 twin beds and separate bathroom with shower
• Room #2 with 2 queen beds and separate bathroom with shower
• Room #3 with 2 queen beds and separate bathroom with shower

Misc:
• Large sign at driveway
• Rental is from noon Friday to noon Sunday
• Facilities are yours for the entire weekend—we do not have a specific time your event needs to end
• You are responsible for set-up and clean-up
• You choose your own caterers, cake decorators and all other professional services
• No security guards needed
• Plenty of parking
• No guest minimum
