Includes ceremony and reception site and cabin rental for the entire weekend!
Package also includes:
• Ceremony site at 14' gazebo with 200 metal folding chairs
• Draft horse team and carriage for wedding procession
• 40' x 60' pavilion with 200 *NEW* white folding chairs
• Pavilion will seat 350+ (you will need to rent additional chairs/tables if over 200)
• Two nights cabin rental
• Full bathroom facilities with dressing area and showers
• Caterer's space
• Three patio heaters (with propane)
• Large grill (with propane)
• Large sign at driveway
• Refrigerator and chest freezer available
• Trash service
• Rental is from noon Friday to noon Sunday
• Facilities are yours for the entire weekend—we do not have a specific time your event needs to end
• You choose your own caterers, cake decorators and all other professional services
• You are responsible for set-up and clean-up
• No security guards needed
• Plenty of parking
• No guest minimum

NOTICE: A $500 deposit is required to hold your date, which is then used for a clean-up deposit and is fully refundable after your event. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to event.



Cabin Rental Only: $225/night
• Fully furnished 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and living area. NO PETS PLEASE.
